Zurich-based Credit Suisse, advised by Paris-based Belvedere Capital, has acquired for one of its real estate funds the Inspira office building, located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, near Paris. The asset develops 11,250 sqm across 7 floors and offers 298 freehold parking spaces. It is fully leased to seven tenants.
This is the second transaction completed in 2019 by the Credit Suisse - Belvedere tandem, following last year’s acquisition the Le Lavoisier office building in Paris La Défense. Credit Suisse was advised by C&C Notaires, LPA-CGR Avocats, EY, Knight Frank and Macogep, and the transaction was financed by La Banque Postale.
The transaction was arranged by JLL's Capital Markets department under a co-exclusive mandate with Cushman & Wakefield.
